We have an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Retail team at Mountain Warehouse as a Senior Promotions Manager. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of promotional activity to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement across three brands and nine international markets.

- Own and manage the promotional calendar critical path, ensuring timelines align with seasonal planning and buying cycles
- Shape the commercial retail strategy by building a promotional and campaign calendar rooted in business objectives, regional trading patterns, and previous performance insights, with a focus on like-for-like sales growth
