About Our ClientOur client is sourcing a Senior Property Accountant for a 4-month contract.About the OpportunityMaintain G/L and working files for all properties by recording and posting month‑end close entries.Balance sheet, bank and HST reconciliations.Preparation of cash flows, distributions, and contributions to owners.Prepare monthly Property reporting packages, variance analysis and shortfall analysis.Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the property with supporting schedules and variance analysis. Provide support to property audits.Prepare Financial and CAM statements and tenant year‑end billings.Financial reporting, budget planning, forecasting, and refining or streamlining accounting policy and procedures where necessary.About YouBilingual essential (Good to have)3-5 years experience in residential property accounting.
