Senior Propositions Lead– Salary circa £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience)

6-12 month Secondment

This is a great job for someone who enjoys developing and shaping new and existing customer propositions that meet a range of customer needs and support our growth ambitions. You’ll enjoy working with a wide range of teams, balancing priorities, and making clear recommendations and decisions. You’ll care deeply about doing the right thing for customers and how we develop our environmentally conscious brand and supporting propositions.

A bit about the job

This role will be a key part of the Aviva Zero product team, with responsibility for shaping and developing our future product development roadmap to support our long-term growth ambitions - developing our products, customer experience and journeys. All with the aim of delivering brilliant customer and commercial outcomes.
