Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of Sports Technology company who develops sports analytics products that are portable and easy to use to empower athletes at all skill levels. 

Job Scope: 

Own Key Electronics Categories:
Manage sourcing of electronic components such as PCB/PCBA, semiconductors, ICs, connectors, and related assemblies.
Evaluate cost, MOQ, and lead-time trade-offs before PO commitment.
Identify potential single-source or long lead-time exposure within your portfolio.
Navigate Supply Volatility:
Monitor market signals such as lead-time shifts, allocation risk, and demand swings.
Work with Planning to align buying strategy with forecast changes.
Support mitigation actions during seasonal shortages or constrained supply conditions.
Execute Technical Discipline:
Validate BOM revision...
