As a Senior QA Engineer / Team Lead you will lead the transformation of the company’s QA capabilities including upskilling the team (approx. 4-7 members), providing 1-2-1s, performance reviews and driving the use of test automation.
You’ll be a hands‑on technical leader collaborating with engineering teams to understand objectives, capture automation requirements and code/ integrate them into the testing framework with a C# .Net, AWS development environment.
