Job Description:

• Senior QA with Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) expertise. It is mandatory for them to have Testing experience of Monitoring and alerting Testing(preferably Azure monitor) and basic knowledge of Incident management Testing on ServiceNow. It is desirable to have knowledge on the following NFR categories as well but not mandatory: Availability, Maintainability, Serviceability, Security, IT Controls. Most importantly, the interpersonal skill of the candidate needs to be strong as the role requires communicating and collaborating with various Workstream owners as a part of OAT
