Job Description

Main Activities:

  • Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components across UI, API, and mobile platforms. 
  • Lead the quality planning effort on complex features and integrations, ensuring risk-based test coverage. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to embed quality early through test-driven and behavior-driven development practices. 
  • Create and maintain CI/CD integrated automated test pipelines and tooling for continuous feedback. 
  • Drive improvements in the team's quality engineering practices, tooling, and documentation. 
  • Partner with Lead QE to define test scope, provide estimates, and contribute to risk assessments. 
  • Act as the primary contact for defect triage, root cause analysis, and data-driven quality reporting. 
  • Own and drive non-functional testing initiatives such as integration testing and contribute to performance and resiliency testing as needed.
