We’re recruiting a Senior Quality Engineer to work with a globally recognised aerospace manufacturing business based in Lincoln , operating under a multi-billion-dollar industrial group who are rapidly growing.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Senior Quality Engineer, you will oversee a team of 30+ quality professionals and own site-level QC strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the training, development, and performance of a large QC team
• Managing metrology, inspection and GD&T
• Leading MRB activities and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions activities
• Driving compliance to AS9100, ISO9001, AS9102, NADCAP, and ISO14001
