I am delighted to be working with a growing business delivering high-quality construction projects across the leisure and hospitality sector, now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to support their continued national expansion.
This is a Midlands-based role with responsibility across projects nationwide, offering a strong mix of commercial ownership and project exposure within a fast-moving, design-led environment.
The Role
You will take a lead position on cost management across multiple projects, from early feasibility through to final account.
