Vallum Associates is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Data Centre and Mission Critical Projects in Helsinki. This full-time role involves leading commercial management of subcontractor packages and preparing valuations and claims.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and significant experience in similar roles, with strong skills in stakeholder management and a good grasp of commercial risks. The position involves a rotation of 10 days on, 4 days off.
