eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value projects across multiple sectors, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take responsibility for leading the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will play a key role as a Commercial Lead, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and overall commercial performance across all project stages.
