Job Description
Responsibilities Monitor project budgets throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring costcontrol and alignment with approved financial plans, including trackingvariations arising from design changes. Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget appraisals,including development of cost plans for project evaluation and approval. Carry out quantity measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities(BOQ), as well as detailed cost data compilation for project planning purposes. Support procurement activities by working with internal teams to sourcevendors, maintain approved vendor lists, and provide technical and quantityinputs. Lead or support tender exercises, including preparation, evaluation, andcoordination of tender submissions and documentation.
