Job Description Carry out project/contracts administration matters in a timely manner, including monthly progress claims, variation claims, extension of time notifications/claims to clients etc in accordance with terms and conditions of contracts. Perform taking off quantities and prepare costing and budget for projects, including analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports. Assist on procurement matters such as subcontractors and vendors quotations. Valuing and verifying completed work such as progress claims from subcontractors and vendors, based on actual works completed, including variation claims from vendors. Follow up with clients on certification and payment of work done based on the prevailing SOP Act. Assist to finalize project accounts with clients and vendors. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department or senior colleagues.
