Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estate Operations leader to oversee the operational performance, engineering standards, maintenance programs, and service delivery across a portfolio of ultra-high-end residential assets located in multiple international jurisdictions.
This is not a traditional property management role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that luxury residences are maintained to the highest standards of operational excellence, asset preservation, and hospitality-driven service.

- sDevelop and implement estate operating standards, SOPs, and service protocol
- sEnsure residences consistently maintain five-star hospitality standard
- sSupport occupancy readiness for principals, family members, guests, and special event
