Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the recruiting and sourcing of Strategy Analysts. The associates you hire will lead teams or contribute individually to Capital One Canada’s success. You will employ a creative approach to sourcing talent and use innovative recruiting techniques to position Capital One as a best‑in‑class recruitment shop.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full‑lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse talent pipelines, marketing Capital One’s talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
