Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter at PSG Global Solutions, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, finding the right people and matching them with the right opportunities. You will work with hiring teams, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure candidates have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience (1 year required for high school graduates or college undergraduates).
