In this role you will focus on hiring for non-technical positions across the company, supporting functions such as Operations, Finance, Compliance, Communications, and more. You will manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong internal alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
