• Manage high volumes of applications efficiently, ensuring all candidates receive a fair and positive experience from first contact through onboarding, regardless of the outcome.
• Work with multiple channels to source, attract and pipeline top talent, positioning AnyVan as an employer of choice.
• Proactively source top talent for challenging and competitive roles and develop creative solutions when talent pools are difficult.
