  • Work Location:- Madhapur, Hyderabad, India
  • Work Mode:- Onsite 5 days from Client Office
  • Specific Needs:- Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
  • Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges.
