Purpose of the Role  We are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant  with business development experience . Join our UK clients team and take ownership of a profitable perm desk by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. You'll play a key role in achieving the company's business objectives through proactive account management and new business generation. 
Key Responsibilities  Business Development:  Proactively generate leads, cold call clients, and secure new business. Attend client meetings and negotiate terms with managerial support.
