Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition through to successful candidate placement

  • Execute full-cycle (360) recruitment activities across sourcing, screening, and hiring stages

  • Identify, engage, and assess top talent to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

  • Provide clients with consistent updates on hiring progress, along with detailed candidate insights and feedback
