Senior Recruitment Consultant - WUZZUF

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant who owns delivery end-to-end, from understanding what a hiring manager or client actually needs, to putting the right candidate in front of them at the right time. You'll work across two tracks: internal hiring for Wuzzuf's business unit and agency-model recruitment for external client companies. The role demands strong relationship management, sharp judgment on candidate quality, and the ability to juggle multiple pipelines without losing momentum.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run full-cycle recruitment across internal roles and external client mandates simultaneously.
• Partner with internal hiring managers and external client stakeholders to define role requirements, calibrate expectations, and align on hiring criteria.
