Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead our high-volume sourcing initiatives with a deep understanding of Australian labor market.

This role will be the driving force behind our project staffing, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for major projects. Supported by a dedicated blue-collar recruiter and an administrator. The role will serve as the primary link between project management, internal stakeholders, and top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Stakeholder Delivery: Liaise daily with Project Management and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless supply of personnel, meeting strict project timeframes and mobilization schedules.
• Candidate Experience: Manage transparent communication with all stakeholders and candidates, providing timely updates and professional feedback
