About The Role

Reporting to the Director of National Field Sales, the Sr. Regional Sales Manager will lead the Ontario field sales team and oversee regional execution across key distributor partners, multi‑unit customers, and independent operators. This role is responsible for building a high‑performing, accountable team that delivers profitable growth, protects and expands market share, strengthens distributor partnerships, and executes against McCain Foodservice priorities across Ontario. This person will need to reside within Ontario.
