Lead product releases as a Senior Release Manager at IFS Copperleaf, ensuring quality deliverables on schedule in a hybrid work environment. Own release planning and coordination while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the VP of Engineering in R&D, this role requires close cooperation with Senior Directors and multiple teams, ensuring that product releases meet committed scopes and timelines. Strong skills in release governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment are essential to excel in this position.
