Job Summary
Responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, testing, and overhaul activities on production equipment, machinery, tools, and systems. This role serves as a technical expert, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical equipment issues. Conduct equipment overhauls, rebuilds, and major repairs. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures. Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
