Senior Research Analyst

Health Services and Outcomes Research (HSOR) is a multi-disciplinary health services research department within NHG Health that provides decision support, evaluates programs and studies health behaviour.

We are seeking a senior analyst to provide mathematical modelling and decision support to NHG Health. HSOR is a multi-disciplinary team of about 30 specialists and researchers from diverse backgrounds, including medicine, nursing, physiotherapy/occupational therapy, epidemiology and public health, qualitative research, biostatistics, computer science, data science, informatics, operations research, health economics, and social science. We work closely with senior management, clinical heads, and ground-level managers in formulating research questions and translating evidence into actionable decisions and practice.
