THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Research Executive within the Employee Experience, plays a key role in designing, managing and delivering end-to-end Employee Experience programmes. This role blends data analysis, research thinking, client consulting and project management to help organisations understand their people, identify what matters most, and create meaningful 'll work across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, assisting in end-to-end research project life cycle:

  • Lead and assist in the management of full-cycle EX programmes including design, launch, and analysis. Contribute to questionnaire design and offer methodological guidance.
  • Transform complex data into digestible and actionable insights using various analytical platforms. Create comprehensive reports and presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
