Senior Researcher

At Alianza Team, we are looking for a Senior Researcher to lead research, development, and innovation projects, connecting science, technology, and business needs to create solutions and new opportunities with sustainable impact.

PURPOSE OF THE ROL

To manage and propose innovation programs based on scientific and technological exploration, ensuring their execution, technology transfer, and intellectual property protection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead innovation and R&D&I projects and programs, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Identify and manage public and private funding sources to secure resources for strategic projects.
• Define and coordinate collaborative execution schemes (networks/partnerships), participating in negotiations and formalizing agreements.
• Lead scientific exploration and technology scouting, as well as the technology transfer of projects.
