Overall Job Purpose
The Senior Researcher is an academic leader in their discipline(s), a strategic resource across campuses and subject‑matter experts, and a champion of a programme on which they conduct cutting‑edge research and provide support for young researchers across national campuses. The Senior Researcher is required to be a leader in research, publication, mentorship, and community engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Research and Scholarship
- Takes ownership for own research output targets to achieve the required A‑list for the brand.
- Performs the role of leader and mentor in research practice and output nationally by supporting other less experienced academics and promoting a positive culture of scholarship within their discipline and across campus teams.
