I am supporting a Senior Manager hire into a Workforce Reward team within a leading advisory practice.
Profile they’re looking for:
- Strong reward background (consulting or in‑house)
- Comfortable in a client‑facing advisory role
- Solid technical reward foundations + commercial mindset
- Confident leading projects and influencing stakeholders
Scope of the role:
- End‑to‑end reward strategy (UK & global)
- Coaching junior consultants & contributing commercially
