Role ObjectiveProvide expert technical support for the manufacture and test of high-volume ngFWA remote node products in the 4Ghz-6Ghz spectrum.The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving production product failures as they relate to test equipment, software, product defects, or design issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert technical/engineering support to resolve product failures in the manufacturing test environment.Debug and resolve failures stemming from test equipment, software, product defects, or design issues.Analyze test data and metrics to identify root causes of issues.Develop clear test plans and procedures.Automate test procedures using scripting languages.Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points) and servers (Exchange Server).
