Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise on all applicable Enterprise Risk Management Standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Issues and Events across Capital One Canada.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Issues and Events data.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure ongoing adherence to Enterprise Risk Management requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with other division risk offices to ensure continued learning and growth for the Canada Risk Office.
• Provide training and coaching for Issue and Event managers to ensure ongoing compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Standards.
