Black Pearl Consult is looking for a dedicated Safety Engineer to ensure compliance with HSE standards on major infrastructure projects in Dubai. The candidate will implement HSE policies, monitor contractor performance, and promote a culture of safety across all project activities.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 8 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Relevant HSE certifications are also preferred. Willingness to work in Dubai is essential.
