: - Early Engagement (When time permits)

  • Delivering for our Customers and creating sustainable value for Baker Hughes, the Early Engagement Commercial Managers will be responsible for leading the EE activities for the SPS Product Company -, support the development of the deal capture strategy with Regional Sales, FEED studies, tendering and ultimately securing new business contracts to ensure we maintain a strong backlog of successful & executable projects.

  • Working as a key member of the Global Early Engagement Commercial Team to support achievement of the region’s sales, order, and margin targets for the FPS business

  • Owning the region strategy for EE Offshore & Onshore together with Sales, and implementing it by driving capture planning, long-term deal prioritization, and early engagement pipeline processes
