What you will do:

As a Front-Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls’ Global Marine, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Global Cruise segment. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with Cruise Owners, vessel owners, and operators across the key global market. You will promote Johnson Controls’ portfolio of HVAC, fire safety, and integrated control solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards.

How You Will Do It:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting the Cruise ship market, with a focus on, retrofits, and service contracts.
