To support ARPAC’s ongoing growth, we need a Senior Sales Manager who can manage all aspects of our Alberta sales team. This role focuses on recruiting high-performing sales professionals and implementing market-driven strategies while ensuring accountability. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining robust customer relationships as well as mentoring new talent to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage sales activities in Alberta
• Recruit, train, and guide sales representatives
• Develop strategic plans for revenue and growth
• Monitor performance expectations and accountability
• Establish solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in sales management (7+ years)
• Strong performance management and coaching skills
