  • Execute the regional sales strategy with a focus on sustainable growth of the automation product business (SuperTrak Conveyance) across Europe

  • Take ownership of territory management, sales pipeline, revenue growth, and market share expansion across the DACH region and Europe

  • Focus on approximately 70% new business development and 30% account development & expansion

  • Build, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline

  • Identify, approach, and win new customers, particularly serial packaging machine builders, OEMs, and system integrators

  • Leverage and expand existing networks within the automation, OEM, and system integrator environment

  • Develop long-term strategic customer relationships within the European automation and packaging industry
