Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across assigned industrial accounts

• Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment • Drive revenue growth through new business development as well as upsell and cross-sell of existing accounts

• Manage full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, value proposition development, negotiation, and contract closure

• Act as the main commercial interface with customers, building strong relationships with both operational and executive stakeholders

• Translate customer operational needs into value-driven solutions focused on improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing performance
