Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for table sales, bottle service, and private event bookings.
  • Event Sales & Booking: Act as the primary contact for large parties and corporate events, managing bookings from initial inquiry to final execution.
  • VIP Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with high-value clients, promoters, and party planners to secure regular, high-ticket bookings.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and specialty packages to attract new customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, promoters, and hostesses, providing training on sales techniques and customer service.
