What you'll do:

  • Lead the administration, configuration and customisation of Salesforce to support business requirements across multiple departments.
  • Build and enhance complex automations using Flow, Apex, Process Builder and Visualforce to improve efficiency and business processes.
  • Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes and security configurations to keep the platform aligned with business needs.
  • Drive ongoing platform optimisation, usability and scalability as the organisation grows.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems to improve data flow and process automation across platforms.
  • Support complex reporting and dashboards, while helping maintain data integrity through audits and clean-up activities.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting and advanced Salesforce configuration.
