Enhance the CRM landscape as a Senior CRM Solutions Designer in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work model. You will focus on customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud for the 311 platform.
This senior role involves 130 business days of work with potential extensions, where you will configure, design, and deploy Salesforce components. You will enhance the user experience by developing frontend elements and integrating them with the Service Cloud backend. Your collaboration with internal teams and external vendors will ensure all efforts meet security and accessibility standards.
