Opportunity for Senior Salesforce Technical Architect Contract | Immediate Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Responsible for building standard out of the box or custom solutions based on the fitment recommendations, including major/minor enhancements and greenfield implementations. Adherence to best practices including code version control, environment and release management procedures. Keeping up to date with and adhering to Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions. Liaise directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse and resolve enhancement, project and support related requests and incidents. End to end ownership of requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities. Maintain application related support and knowledge documentation as required.
