Job Description
To ensure HVAC repairing work / retrofit projects is completed on time with proven track record.
To assist Service Manager in handling of fitting out works of MVAC system, such as site coordination with sub-contractor / client etc.
To supervise and monitor of preventive / comprehensive maintenance works with technical workers
To prepare submission works such as job tender, quotation etc for HVAC repairing work / retrofit projects
To manage on the performance of technical staffs and outside contractors
To Manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.
To Perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals for customer acceptance.
Minimum Requirements
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
