Senior ServiceNow Developer
This role focuses on creating, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Reconciliation, and Cloud Management.
Location
On‑site – Jalisco, Mexico
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Maintain CMDB health, including data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation rules.
- Configure and deploy ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management) to automate operations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party monitoring tools (Service Graph, Tanium, Tenable, Intune, Jamf, SCCM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Configure MID Servers, troubleshoot discovery and sensor issues.
- Configure, develop, and customize core ServiceNow applications (CMDB, Discovery, Incident, Problem...
