Required Skills & Experience

Exp Level: 5-9 Years

ServiceNow Technical Expertise

- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, especially CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset tables.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and managing integrations (can be optional)
- Proven ability to rebuild or modernize workflows from legacy ITSM platforms.

Data & CMDB Expertise

- Expertise in data mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and relationship modeling.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB.
- Experience handling large-scale data migrations with high data quality standards.

ITSM & Process Knowledge

- Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow. (very important)
