Required Skills & Experience
Exp Level: 5-9 Years
ServiceNow Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of the
ServiceNow data model , especially
CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset tables .
Strong experience with
Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST APIs .
Hands-on experience configuring
MID Servers
and managing integrations (can be optional)
Proven ability to rebuild or modernize workflows from legacy ITSM platforms.
Data & CMDB Expertise
Expertise in
data mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and relationship modeling .
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB.
Experience handling large-scale data migrations with high data quality standards.
ITSM & Process Knowledge
Solid understanding of
ITSM and ITIL processes
and their implementation in ServiceNow. (very important)

Service Catalog, Request Mana...
