Description

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration, or Health and Safety (H&S), or Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• Strong expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and CMDB population .
• Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential-based access.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.
