Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Expert to lead the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of a ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, optimizing ITSM processes, and ensuring alignment with business and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions and platform enhancements
- Customize and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and HRSD
- Analyze business and stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and automation processes
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO
- Ensure platform stability, performance, maintenance, and continuous optimization
