Job Description

  • Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of our Professional Services deployment methodology and packaged service offerings

  • Work with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers to determine Services Strategy for customer base accounts.

  • Present our Customer Experience overview (full portfolio of service offerings) and conduct services discovery sessions.

  • Create and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.
